摘　　要：本文介绍了安钢二炼轧厂铁水"一罐到底"工艺改造过程,通过对现有厂房、设备等参数的实地测量及考证,制订合理的实施方案,最大限度地利用现有的生产设备,通过个别关键设备的改造(如铁水罐、过跨车等),实现铁水"一罐到底"工艺。This paper introduces the process of"One Ladle Only"process transformation of molten iron transportation in No.2 Rolling Mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Through on-site measurement and textual research on the parameters of existing plant and equipment,a reasonable implementation plan is formulated,the existing production equipment is utilized to the maximum extent,and the"One Ladle Only"process of molten iron is realized through the modification of individual key equipment(such as molten iron ladle,cross-train,etc.)...
