摘　　要：VOD炉、VD炉已成为特钢厂必备的精炼手段,传统的VOD炉、VD炉真空系统使用庞大的蒸汽喷射泵系统,其使用的蒸汽由蒸汽锅炉单独供给。存在效率低、使用成本高等缺点。长城特钢对40吨VOD炉、VD炉原有蒸汽喷射泵真空系统进行机械泵真空系统改造,经历三年多的生产验证,机械泵真空系统运行正常,能满足VOD炉及VD炉的工艺要求;与蒸汽泵真空系统相比,节能降本优势明显。VOD furnace and VD furnace have become necessary refining means in special steel plant.The traditional vacuum system of VOD furnace and VD furnace uses a huge steam jet pump system,and the steam used is supplied by the steam boiler alone.There are some shortcomings such as low efficiency and high cost.The original steam jet pump vacuum system of 40 ton VOD furnace and VD furnace was reformed by Changcheng Special Steel Company.After more than three years of production verification,the mechanical pump vacuum system operates normally and can meet the technological requirements of VOD and VD furnaces.Compared with the steam pump vacu?um system,the advantages of energy saving and cost reduction are obvious.
