摘  要:目前国内大型合金半钢轧辊在生产制造过程中热处理变形严重,通过对该类轧辊的热处理工序各个重要影响因素进行认真的分析,得出造成该类轧辊变形的主要原因是:热处理炉窑台车变形及辊身辊颈线性膨胀差较大,同时轧辊垫支、吊装方式不合理等因素也是轧辊变形的不利因素。避免此种缺陷的主要措施是选择合适的台车结构,预先计算反变形量。At present,the heat treatment deformation of large alloy semi-steel rolls is serious in the process of production and manufacture in China. Through careful analysis of the important factors affecting the heat treatment process,it is concluded that the main causes of roll deformation are the deformation of heat treatment kiln trolley,the large difference of linear expansion of roll neck. the unreasonable roll cushion and lifting method. The main measures to avoid this kind of defect are to select the appropriate kiln trolley structure and calculate the anti-deformation in advance.
