摘  要:本文从基体材料和增强颗粒的选择、润湿性、界面问题及颗粒增强机制方面对颗粒增强金属基复合材料的研究现状进行了综述。分析了金属基体与增强颗粒的润湿机理及增强颗粒分布影响因素,从颗粒增强金属基复合材料界面的成分、结构、结合强度及界面反应等方面对界面问题进行了论述,叙述了颗粒增强金属基复合材料的两种主要强化机制:颗粒复合强化机制和位错强化机制。In this paper,the research status of particle reinforced metal matrix composites is reviewed in terms of the selection of matrix materials and reinforcing particles, wettability, interfacial problems and particle reinforcing mechanism. The wetting mechanism of metal matrix and reinforced particles and the factors affecting the distribution of reinforced particles are analyzed. The interfacial problems of particle reinforced metal matrix composites are discussed in terms of composition, structure, bonding strength and interfacial reaction. Two main strengthening mechanisms of particle reinforced metal matrix composites are described: the particle composite strengthening mechanism and the dislocation strengthening mechanism.
