摘  要:固结磨具不定偏心平面研磨加工中,磨具的均匀磨损是保证加工工件面形精度的前提。结合固结磨具平面研磨中磨具均匀磨损理论,通过力学和运动学分析,探讨磨具均匀磨损的条件,推导出磨具上一点相对于工件的轨迹方程与相对速度以及磨具与工件间的压强分布;分析磨具的结构参数、摆动机构参数以及转速比对磨具均匀磨损的影响。结果表明:最佳磨具结构参数是Δr=20 mm,α=45°,ε=3 mm;最佳摆动机构参数是φ=6°,T=1 s,e_0=60 mm;最佳转速比是k_ω=2。The uniform wear of abrasives in the solid abrasives uncertain eccentricity plane lapping machining is the precondition to ensure the machining surface shape accuracy of the workpiece. According to the theory of uniform wear of abrasives in the solid abrasives plane lapping, the condition of uniform wear of the abrasives is discussed based on mechanical and kinematics analysis, and the trajectory equation and relative velocity of the abrasives relative to the workpiece are obtained, as well as the pressure distribution between the abrasives and the workpiece. The effects of structure parameters, swing parameters and speed ratio on wear of abrasives are analyzed. The results show that the optimum structure of abrasives are Δ r =20 mm,α=45°,ε=3 mm, that the optimum swing parameters are φ=6°, T =1 s, e 0 =60 mm and that the optimum speed ratio k ω is 2.
