摘 要:考虑圆柱滚子轴承中滚子凸度结构的特性,以半正弦函数和固定值描述滚子故障,在简化动力学模型的基础上构建了高效实用的滚子局部故障轴承动力学分析模型,对轴承外圈加速度时域信号中的周期性冲击和故障频率的来源进行解释,获得了滚子故障对轴承运动和接触载荷的影响规律。通过试验对模型进行验证,结果表明,理论分析与试验结果的最大误差仅为3.32%,验证了所建立模型的可靠性。Considering structural characteristics of convexity of rollers in cylindrical roller bearings, the half sine functions and fixed values are used to describe faults of rollers. An efficient and practical dynamics analysis model of bearings with local faults of rollers is built based on simplified dynamics model. The periodic impact and source of fault frequency in time domain signal of acceleration of bearing outer rings are explained, and the influence rules of faults of rollers on motion and contact loads of bearings are obtained. The reliability of established model is verified through experiments, and the results show that the maximum error between theoretical analysis and experimental results is only 3.32%.
