大宗散货海运进口业务协同服务运作模式创新研究——以浙江自贸试验区进口铁矿石为例

摘　　要：在梳理文献及浙江自贸试验区铁矿石海运进口业务运作模式现状的基础上,以海运进口铁矿石为例,构建了大宗散货海运进口业务协同服务运作模式,以期落实大宗散货进口业务服务运作中源到汇的商流、物流、信息流、资金流、监管流在整个服务运作上的顺畅流动,做到信息联通、业务融通、监管互通,推进大宗散货进口贸易的便利化,改善浙江自贸试验区营商环境,实现"指尖上的浙江"。After reviewing relevant literatures and going over the current situation of the operation mode of the iron ore shipping and import business at the Zhejiang pilot free trade zone,this paper established a cooperative service operation mode for the bulk cargo shipping and import business with the maritime shipping of imported iron ore as example,for the purpose to realize the smooth flow of business,logistics,information,capital and supervision from source to sink in the whole service process,integrate the information,business and supervision systems,facilitate the bulk cargo import trade business,and improve the business environment of the Zhejiang pilot free trade zone.
