摘  要:以分离自深圳市某水源水水库的颤藻为研究对象,探究其在不同pH值和光照强度条件下的生长及产嗅特征。试验结果表明,在不同pH值和光照强度条件下,该颤藻胞外和胞内土臭素(GSM)的产量显著高于2-甲基异茨醇(2-MIB)。颤藻对pH值的适应范围较宽,在pH值为6~9范围内均能够生长,且在弱酸性或弱碱性条件下生长状态最好,更易产生和释放GSM以及2-MIB。光照对颤藻向胞外释放异味物质有一定促进作用,最适宜颤藻生长的光照强度为3000lx,太弱或太强的光照对其生长产生抑制作用。The growth and odorous compounds production characteristics of the Oscillatoria isolated from a source water reservoir in Shenzhen under different pH and light intensity were investigated. The results indicated that the intracellular and extracellular geosmin ( GSM ) production of the Oscillatoria was significantly higher than that of 2-MIB under different pH and light intensity. Oscillatoria had a wide adaptive range of pH , which could grow in the pH range of 6 - 9. The most suitable condition for the growth of Oscillatoria was weak acid or alkali solution , which could help Oscillatoria produce and release more GSM and 2-MIB. Besides, light could improve the extracellular odorous substances production of Oscillatoria. The most suitable light intensity for growth of Oscillatoria was 3 000 lx. However, too strong or too weak light would inhibit the growth of Oscillatoria.
