摘　　要：目的 :设计基于知识库的临床决策支持系统(clinical decision support system,CDSS),以实现高效、快速地整合、查询患者各项参数,为医疗决策和执行提供信息,辅助临床进行高质量的诊断与治疗。方法:依托临床数据中心(clinical data repository,CDR),建立包含静态知识库、模型库和规则库的临床知识库,通过基于Rete算法的规则引擎和内存数据库构建敏捷、高效的CDSS。结果:该系统在诊疗活动中实现了对临床诊断、治疗、合理用药、医院管理等方面的决策支持,达到了减少医疗差错、提升医疗质量的应用效果。结论:基于知识库的CDSS达到了设计目标,能应用于临床系统复杂多变的各类场景中。Objective To design a clinical decision support system based on knowledge base(KB)to integrate and query patients'information efficiently and quickly so as to provide information for medical decision-making and implementation and to facilitate high-quality diagnosis and therapy.Methods A clinical KB involving in static KB,model and rule bases was established based on clinical data repository(CDR),and a clinical decision support system(CDSS)was constructed with rule engine and memory database based on Rete algorithm.Results The system developed proves to be applicable to decision support for clinical diagnosis,therapy,medication and hospital management,so that medical errors can be reduced and medical quality can be enhanced greatly.Conclusion A KB-based CDSS is implemented meets the desired requirements,which to be applied to kinds of complicated clinical scenarios.
