双层HEPA采用过氧化氢消毒方式的消毒效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨动物生物安全最高级别实验室(ABSL-4实验室)中双层排风高效空气过滤器(high efficiency particulate air filter,HEPA)采用过氧化氢消毒方式的消毒效果。方法:利用市面上2家成熟的A、B品牌过氧化氢消毒机,验证相同体积、规格的2组HEPA在不同消毒液剂量下的消毒效果。结果:实验表明,B品牌消毒机具有风机风量大和智能控制2个优点,可穿透双层HEPA,达到完全灭菌,消毒效果合格。而A品牌消毒机风机速率小,不能完全穿透第二层HEPA,其尾端(出气口端)未达到完全灭菌,消毒效果不合格。结论:通过对A、B两品牌消毒机消毒效果验证分析,建议A品牌消毒机改进风机风量,提高穿透力;B品牌消毒机改进回流和气密性设计,防止泄漏。Objective To explore the disinfection measures for the double-layer high efficiency particulate air filter(HEPA)in animal biosafety level-4 lab.Methods Two commercially available hydrogen peroxide disinfectors(A and B brands)were used to clean two groups of HEPAs with the same size and specifications,so as to verify the disinfection effects with different doses of disinfectants.Results B disinfector proved to gain advantages in high air delivery and intelligent control so that double-layer HEPA could be disinfected completely,while A disinfector had low air delivery so that the rear end(airout section)was not disinfected entirely for the second-layer HEPA could not be penetrated.Conclusion Disinfection tests prove that A disinfector needs improving air delivery to enhance penetration strength and B disinfector has to be modified in back flow and airtightness.
