摘　　要：目的:探讨古代现代茶疗对睡眠障碍的影响。方法:对睡眠障碍古今文献中的病因病机,法治法则进行系统梳理,着重分析出睡眠障碍茶疗发展历程,以及古代医籍及现代临床中使用茶疗治疗睡眠障碍的记载,探讨中药茶疗中的有效成分对睡眠障碍的影响。结果:通过对历代中医药文献中关于茶疗及中药代茶饮产生的医学理论的分析,茶疗可改善睡眠障碍患者的临床症状,中药代茶饮符合中医慢性病宜缓图的整体治疗理念,在临床研究中取得了很好的效果。结论:茶疗具有镇静催眠、抗抑郁等多种的功效,而且服用方便、不拘泥于时间,随时饮用,并且便于携带,适应现代人快节奏的生活。所以在今后睡眠障碍的临床研究中,有很大的发展潜力,值得进一步深入研究和应用。Objective:To explore the effects of an cient modern tea therapy on sleep disorders.Methods:To systematically sort out the etiology and pathogenesis of the ancient and modern literature of sleep disorders,and to analyze the development of tea therapy for sleep disorders,as well as the records of the use of tea therapy for sleep disorders in ancient medical books and modern clinics.The effect of active ingredients on sleep disorders.Results:Tea analysis can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sleep disorders by analyzing the medical theories of tea therapy and traditional Chinese medicine on behalf of traditional Chinese medicine literature.The traditional Chinese medicine on behalf of tea is in line with the overall treatment concept of chronic disease in Chinese medicine.Good results have been achieved in clinical research.Conclusion:Tea therapy has many functions such as sedative,hypnosis and antidepression.It is easy to take,not time-sensitive,ready to drink,and easy to carry,suitable for the fast-paced life of modern people.Therefore,in the future clinical research of sleep disorders,there is great potential for development,which deserves further research and application.
