国医大师刘柏龄治疗腰痛病用药性味归经分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨国医大师刘柏龄治疗腰痛病用药性味归经特点。方法:收集国医大师刘柏龄临证治疗腰痛病例处方100例,采用EpiData3.02软件对处方中药物的四气、五味、归经等进行录入,继而用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:四气方面,温性药使用比率占56.14%,微温药占8.29%,平性药占21.60%,寒性药占15.43%,微寒药占4.75%,热性药占6.39%;五味方面,辛味药使用频率占45.14%,甘味药使用比率占38.49%,苦味药占9.71%,咸味药占5.94%;归经方面入肝经的药物使用比率占49.14%,入肾经的药物占23.10%,入心经的药物占16.94%,入脾经的药物占5.45%入膀胱经的药物占4.17%,入肺经的药物占1.06%。结论:刘柏龄大师在治疗腰痛病过程中,用药温平和缓,但不乏制附子等大辛大热之品用于治疗沉寒痼冷,久病沉疴等特殊病例,较少使用凉性药,药味多辛、甘补益走散,多入于肝、肾、心等经。Objective: To Exploring the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine master LIU Bailing in the treatment of low back pain medication. Methods: 100 cases of low back pain were collected from the master of traditional Chinese medicine LIU Boling. The EpiData3.02 software was used to record the four gases, five flavors and returning of the drugs in the prescription, and then the SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results: In terms of four gases, the use rate of warm drugs accounted for 56.14%, that of lukewarm drugs accounted for 8.29%, that of flat drugs accounted for 21.60%, that of cold drugs accounted for 15.43%, that of slightly cold drugs accounted for 4.75%, and that of heat drugs accounted for 6.39%. On the aspect, the frequency of use of pungent drugs accounted for 45.14%, the rate of use of sweeteners accounted for 38.49%, the use of bitter drugs accounted for 9.71%, and the salty drugs accounted for 5.94%. The drug use rate of menstruation in the menstruation accounted for 49.14%. Accounted for 23.10%, the drug into the heart accounted for 16.94%, the drug into the spleen accounted for 5.45% of the drug into the bladder accounted for 4.17%, the drug into the lung accounted for 1.06%. Conclusion: In the process of treating low back pain, Master LIU Bailing used mild and gentle medications, but there are many products such as aconite and other large heat products for the treatment of cold, cold, chronic illness and other special cases, less use of cold medicine, drug taste pungent, and more in the liver, kidney, heart and other classics.
