溃疡灵治疗乙状结肠及直肠溃疡性结肠炎观察

摘　　要：目的:观察溃疡灵灌肠及纳肛治疗乙状结肠及直肠UC的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的180例患者分为治疗组和对照组各90例。治疗组中乙状结肠UC,以溃疡灵颗粒灌肠治疗。直肠UC以溃疡灵栓剂塞肛治疗;对照组中乙状结肠UC,以美沙拉秦(5-氨基水杨酸)缓释颗粒剂口服治疗。直肠UC,以美沙拉秦栓剂纳肛治疗。2组均以3～6个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:从临床疗效、黏膜病变疗效、证候疗效比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:溃疡灵灌肠及塞肛治疗UC可取得良好效果。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ulcerative enema and anal sphincter in the treatment of sigmoid colon and rectal UC.Methods:180 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 90 patients in the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,the sigmoid UC was treated with ulcerative granule enema.Rectal UC is treated with an ulcer suppository.In the control group,the sigmoid UC was treated orally with mesalazine(5-aminosalicylic acid)sustained-release granules.Rectal UC,treated with mesalazine suppository.The 2 groups were treated for 3 to 6 months,and the curative effect was observed after the treatment.Results:From the clinical efficacy,mucosal lesions,and syndrome effects,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Ulcer spirit enema and anal sphincter can achieve good results in the treatment of UC.
