摘　　要：本文针对JJG25-2004《螺纹千分尺检定规程》中螺纹千分尺校对用量杆工作尺寸的检定方法的不足,介绍了采用新设计制造的三针夹具来检定校对用量杆工作尺寸的方法,并对通过测量不确定度分析,确定其可行性。This paper aims at the insufficiency of the verification method of working size of measuring rod for thread micrometer calibration in JJG25 -2004 “ verification regulation of thread micrometer” introduces the method of calibrating the working size of the measuring rod for thread micrometer calibration with the newly designed and manufactured three - pin fixture, and then through the measurement uncertainty analysis to verify its feasibility.
