调Q红宝石点阵激光治疗难治性黄褐斑一例

摘　　要：报道1例采用调Q1 064nm激光治疗无效,改用RubyStar694nm调Q红宝石点阵激光治疗后明显好转的黄褐斑案例。一女性黄褐斑患者,31岁,在笔者皮肤美容中心经诊断后行激光治疗,经过7次调Q1 064nm激光治疗后,患者自觉面部黄褐斑较前明显加重,与患者沟通后改用694nm调Q红宝石点阵激光治疗,治疗2次后,患者面部黄褐斑得到明显改善。Report a case of Q 1 064nm laser treatment ineffective, Q694nm laser treatment was significantly improved after the case of melasma. The patient was female, 31Y, double-scattered in the light brown irregular patch, the clinical diagnosis of melasma,in my center line laser treatment, after 7 times Q 1 064nm laser treatments, the patient conscious facial melasma significantly increased,After communication with patients to treatment with Q694nm laser, after two treatments, patients with facial melasma was significantly improved.
