摘　　要：目的:探究改良第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣修复食中指皮肤软组织缺损的效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年5月在笔者医院收治的54例食中指受伤患者,按照随机数字法,分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采用改良的第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣修复法,对照组采取常规修复,每组27例,比较两组患者的术后康复效果以及患者满意度情况。结果:实验组康复优良率为100.0%,高于对照组的88.9%,且实验组患者及其家属满意度为100.0%高于对照组的88.9%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用改良第二掌骨背筋膜皮瓣修复食中指皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果好,优良率高,患者皮肤功能恢复良好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of modified second metacarpal fasciocutaneous flap in repairing soft tissue defects of index and middle fingers. Methods A total of 54 cases with soft tissue defects of index or middle fingers, admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017, were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group were treated with a modified second metacarpal fasciocutaneous flap, while the patients in the control group were routinely repaired, and each involved 27 cases. The therapeutic outcome, and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent recovery rate of the the study group was 100.0%, higher than that of the control group(88.9%), and the satisfaction rate of the study group and its family members was 100.0% higher than that of the control group(88.9%), the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The soft tissue defects of index or middle fingers could acquire higher cure rate, functional recovery rate and satisfaction rate through application of modified second metacarpal fasciocutaneous flaps. The modified second metacarpal fasciocutaneous flap is worthy of clinical promotion.
