摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月-2017年12月笔者医院收治的因肿瘤、外伤等原因所致颌面部软组织缺损的21例患者的临床资料,均应用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复。结果:21例患者术后皮瓣全部成活,无坏死、血肿及感染等并发症发生。皮瓣色泽与周围组织基本一致,外形满意,无功能障碍。结论:鼻唇沟皮瓣修复颌面部中小范围软组织缺损方法简便,成活率高,外形美观,疗效好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of nasolabial flap in repairing maxillofacial soft tissue defects. Methods From January 2012 to December 2017, 21 cases with maxillofacial soft tissue defects caused either by skin neoplasm or trauma were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were repaired with nasolabial flaps. Results All flaps survived well without complications such as necrosis, hematoma and infection. Moreover the survive condition of flap was good, so was the color and the appearance in all cases. Conclusion Nasolabial flap is one of the effective methods of repairing small and medium scale soft tissue defect in the oral and maxillofacial region. It has high survival rate and postoperative facial appearance. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical popularization application.
