低温等离子消融术对OSAHS儿童免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子消融术对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)儿童免疫功能的影响。方法将行低温等离子腺样体消融+扁桃体消融切除治疗的21例OSAHS儿童作为OSAHS组,同期进行体检的21例同龄健康儿童作为对照组,检测对照组儿童体检时以及OSAHS患儿不同时期(术前、术后第4天、第1个月、3个月、6个月)外周静脉血中的免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)的变化。结果 OSAHS组患儿术后第1、3个月血清IgA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。其他时间点IgG、IgA、IgM水平与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论低温等离子消融术及切除术在有效改善患儿症状的情况下,对儿童免疫功能影响较小。Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma ablation on immune function in children with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 21 children with OSAHS who underwent cryogenic serum adenoid ablation plus tonsillectomy were treated as OSAHS group and 21 healthy children of the same age were examined as control group.The changes of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG,IgM)in peripheral venous blood of children with OSAHS at different stages(preoperative,postoperative,4 days,1 month,3 months,6 months)were detected.Results The serum IgA level of children in the OSAHS group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)at 1 and 3 months after surgery.At other time points,IgG,IgA and IgM levels were not significantly different from those in the control group(P all>0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma ablation and resection have little effect on the immune function of children under the condition of improving their symptoms effectively.
