摘  要:针对炼油厂废水污染物种类多、成分复杂、浓度高、难处理的特点,选取复合型聚硅酸硫酸铝铁混凝剂(PSAFS)对炼油厂废水进行处理,并与传统混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铝铁(PFS)的处理效果进行对比分析,研究废水pH值、混凝剂投加量对混凝效果的影响,并考察其污泥脱水性能。结果表明:与PAC、PFS相比,PSAFS混凝剂具有更好的混凝效果,COD去除率和除油率分别提高了25%和14%左右;随着PSAFS投加量增大,COD去除率和除油率先增大后减小,投加量为90 mg/L时,COD去除率和除油率分别达到最大值91.5%和93.2%;PSAFS对pH值适应力强,混凝后废水BOD5/COD值从0.12提高到0.40,大大提高了废水可生化性;污泥经脱水后,滤饼含水率低,仅为54.5%,滤液较澄清,透光率高达98%,说明PSAFS是一种较为理想的炼油废水混凝剂。In view of the characteristics of many kinds of pollutants,complex composition,high concentration and difficult treatment of the refinery wastewater,the compound polysilicate aluminum ferric sulfate coagulant(PSAFS)was selected in refinery wastewater treatment experiments,and the treatment effect of PSAFS was compared with that of the traditional coagulants polyaluminium chloride(PAC)and polymer aluminum sulfate(PFS).The effects of pH and dosage of coagulant on coagulation were also studied.At the same time,the dewatering performance of sludge was also investigated.The results showed that compared with PAC and PFS,PSAFS coagulant had better coagulation effect,the COD removal rate and oil removal rate increased by 25%and 14%respectively.With the increase of PSAFS dosage,the COD removal rate and oil removal rate first increased and then decreased.The maximum COD removal rate and oil removal rate were 91.5%and 93.2%respectively when the PSAFS dosage was 90 mg/L.The high adaptability of PSAFS to pH has greatly improved the biodegradability of wastewater and the ratio of BOD5 to COD was improved from 0.12 to 0.40.After the sludge was dehydrated,the filter cake had low moisture content of 54.5%and the filtrate was clear,the transmittance of filtrate was as high as 98%.It was shown that PSAFS is an ideal coagulant for refinery wastewater.
