摘　　要：L_3骨骼肌指数是一个较新的营养评估工具。临床研究结果表明L_3骨骼肌指数能比较准确地反映机体中肌肉组织含量,可用于肌肉衰减综合征、慢性肝病和多种恶性肿瘤的预后评估,以及部分外科手术并发症的预测。本文对L_3骨骼肌指数在疾病预后评估中的应用作一综述。L3 skeletal muscle index (L3 SMI) is an emerging nutritional assessment tool. It has been well documented that L3 SMI can correctly reflect body skeletal muscle mass, and can be used to evaluate the prognosis of sarcopenia, chronic liver disease and many malignant tumors. Moreover, it can also be used to predict some surgical complications. This review sums up the recent advances of L3 SMI in evaluating prognosis of diseases.
