摘 要:管道内腐蚀直接评价技术是综合利用收集到的资料、分析、计算、直接检测等方法来预测内腐蚀是否已严重影响钢质管道的物理完整性,从而确定对腐蚀缺陷实施修补和防护的措施。本文主要分析油田集油管道的腐蚀机理,提出了MP-ICDA评价的步骤和方法,并应用该技术对某油田集油管道进行评价,通过内腐蚀直接评价技术可进一步确定管道的内腐蚀状况,对管道的内腐蚀风险点有较为清楚的认识,对于油田集输管道的完整性管理具有重要意义。Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment methodology for pipelines (ICDA) is a technology for predicting whether internal corrosion has seriously affected the physical integrity of steel pipelines and determining the measures to repair and protect against corrosion defects in a way of comprehensive utilization of collected data,analysis,calculation,direct detection and other methods.This paper mainly analyzes the corrosion mechanism of oilfield oil pipelines,proposes the steps and methods of MP-ICDA evaluation,and applies this technology to evaluate the oil pipeline of an oilfield.The internal corrosion of the pipeline can be further determined by the internal corrosion direct evaluation technology.It has a clear understanding of the risk of internal corrosion of pipelines and is of great significance for the integrity management of oilfield gathering pipelines.
