摘  要:提出并实验研究了一种基于半导体光放大器(SOA)和半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)的双波长环形腔连续波光纤激光器.当半导体光放大器的输入电流为140m A时,通过仔细调整偏振控制器,可以获得1 560.91 nm和1 564.12 nm双波长激光,其信噪比大于30 dB,波长间隔为3.21 nm.实验结果表明,基于SOA和SESAM的双波长环形腔连续波光纤激光器的新概念及其技术可行性.A stable dual-wavelength ring-cavity continuous-wave (CW) fiber laser based on semiconductor saturable absorber mirror(SESAM)with semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA)is proposed and experimentally demonstra-ted.When the input current of SOA at 140 mA,a stable dual-wavelength simultaneous oscillation at 1 560.91 nm and 1 564.12 nm with signal-to-noise ratios of >30 dB is achieved by carefully adjusting polarization controller (PC),and the wavelength spacing is 3.21 nm.The experimental results demonstrate the new concept of dual-wavelength ring-cavity CW fiber laser based on SESAM with SOA and the technical feasibility.
