大清邮政北海分局旧址的保护研究

摘　　要：大清邮政是光绪皇帝在全国范围内开办的国家邮政,是清政府权衡当时国内外邮递形势后作出的一大创新举措。光绪二十三年(1897年)正月初一日大清邮政北海分局开办,光绪二十九年升格为邮界总局,是全国35个邮界总局之一,网点众多,经营业务广泛。历史上大清邮政北海分局地位重要、影响深远,故其旧址具有重要的保护意义。但该旧址仍存在一些不容忽视的安全隐患,需采取相应的措施进行保护。Qing Post was a national postal service established by Emperor Guang Xu,which was a great innovation made by the Qing government after weighing the postal situation at home and abroad at that time.The Beihai branch of the Qing Post opened on the first day of the first lunar month in the 23^th year of Guang Xu(Year 1897),and was upgraded to be the General Administration of Post in the 29^th year of Guang Xu.It was one of the 35 General Administration of Postal Services in the country,with many outlets and business operations.Historically,it has important and far-reaching influence,so its former site should be well preserved.However,there are still some hidden dangers which cannot be ignored.Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken.
