摘  要:随着我国土壤污染的不断加剧,污染土壤修复技术得到越来越多的重视。为了研究微波辅助土壤修复规律并优化工艺参数,对不同功率下的电场强度和温度分布进行数值模拟后,采用微波法对含有硝基苯的污染土壤进行处理,先进行了单因素实验,然后使用响应曲面进行实验优化。模拟结果表明随着微波功率的增加,电场强度越大,土壤温度升高速度越快。实验结果表明辐射时间和微波功是影响污染物去除率的最主要因素;优化后的工艺条件:微波功率为700 W,辐射时间为18.48 min,含水量为0.78 mL/g,处理质量为20 g时,硅藻土中硝基苯的去除率可达85.5%。研究为微波修复污染土壤提供了模拟与实验依据,也为研制微波修复设备提供了基础性研究。With the increasing of soil pollution in China,soil remediation technologies have received more and more attention.In order to study the microwave assisted soil remediation law and optimize the process parameters,the electric field strength and temperature distribution under different powers were simulated.The nitrobenzene contaminated soil was treated by microwave.The single factor experiment was carried out firstly,and then the response surface was adopted for experimental optimization.The simulation results show that as the microwave power increases,the electric field strength increases,and the soil temperature rises faster.The experimental results show that the radiation time and microwave power are the most important factors affecting the removal rate of pollutants.Optimized process conditions:when the microwave power is 700 W,the irradiation time is 18.48 min,the water content is 0.78 mL/g,and the treatment volume is 20 g,the removal rate of nitrobenzene in diatomaceous earth can reach 85.5%.This study provides a simulation and experimental basis for microwave remediation of contaminated soil,it also provides a basic research for the development of microwave remediation equipment.
