摘  要:为了更好地利用蜡下油资源,开展了蜡下油异构脱蜡生产Ⅱ、Ⅲ类高档基础油的工艺研究。采用中国石油石油化工研究院开发的PIC-802异构脱蜡催化剂对减二线蜡下油馏分进行加氢预处理—异构脱蜡—补充精制三段加氢工艺试验。在加氢预处理单元体积空速1.0 h^(-1)、反应温度375℃,异构脱蜡单元体积空速1.0 h^(-1)、反应温度365℃的工艺条件下,蜡下油原料经过加氢预处理—异构脱蜡—补充精制三段加工后可以得到6cStⅢ类高档润滑油基础油,基础的倾点-18℃、黏度指数122、收率58.36ω%,为蜡下油原料的高值化利用提供了技术方案。In order to make better use of foots oil resources,the process of isomerization dewaxing of foots oil was studied to produce high grade APIⅡandⅢbase oils.Using hydroisomerization catalyst PIC-802 developed by the Petrochemical Research Institute of CNPC,a three-stage hydrogenation process test of hydrotreating,hydroisomerization and hydrofining was carried out on the foots oil from vacuum cut 2.The results showed that the optimized operating conditions for hydrotreating are:LHSV of 1.0 h^-1,reaction temperature of 375℃,and the optimized operating conditions for hydroisodewaxing are:LHSV of 1.0 h^-1,reaction temperature of 365℃.After three-stage hydrotreating,hydroisomerization and hydrofining,the produced base oil of 6cSt Ⅲ top-grade lube oil has a pour point of-18℃ with a viscosity index of 122 and the yield of 58.36ω%.This paper provides a technical proposal for higher value applications of foots oil.
