摘　　要：为规范上海市居住类优秀历史建筑的保护修缮,维护建筑的结构安全,提升建筑使用功能,延续建筑使用寿命,有效保护建筑的历史、艺术和科学价值,指导居住类优秀历史建筑保护修缮查勘设计及效果评价工作,上海市有关单位编制了《居住类优秀历史建筑保护修缮查勘设计和效果评价技术规程》。文章介绍该规程的编制背景、框架和研究关键。In order to regulate the protection and repair of outstanding historical buildings in Shanghai,maintain the structural safety of buildings,enhance the use function of building,extend the service life of buildings,effectively protect the historical,artistic and scientific value of buildings,and guide the survey,design and effect evaluation work of outstanding historical residential buildings'protection and repair.The relevant departments in Shanghai compiled the"Technical Regulation on the Survey,Design and Effect Evaluation of Outstanding Historic Residence's Protection and Repair".This article introduces the preparing background,framework and research keys of the Regulation.
