摘 要:地铁作为一种重要的交通工具,在城市生活中起着越来越重要的作用,地铁同时具有绿色无污染、准时、运载能力强等优点.选用3D高斯+双椭球热源,采用固有应变法,对地铁牵引梁在不同约束情况下的焊接变形进行了模拟.在模拟现有约束情况的基础上,另外设计了3种约束情况.结果表明,采用固有应变法的模拟与实测结果吻合较好,x,z向最大变形都出现在方案2中,分别为2.46和13.13 mm,y向变形稳定在1.63 mm左右;将变化率方差最大的角变形作为评价标准,得到方案4最合理,角变形最小为1.21°.As an effective supplement to ground transportation,metro plays an increasingly important role in urban life,who has the advantages of green,pollution-free,punctual and strong carrying capacity.A couple of 3D Gauss and double ellipsoid heat source were adopted,and the inherent strain method was used to simulation the welding deformation of the metro traction beam under different constraints.Based on the simulation of the existing constraints,three other constraints were designed.The results show that the simulated results through the inherent strain method are in good agreement with the measured results.The maximum deformation in x-direction and z-direction occurs in scheme 2,which are 2.46 and 13.13 mm,respectively.The deformation in y-direction is stable at about 1.63 mm.Put the angular deformation with maximum variance of change rate as the evaluation criteria,scheme 4 is the most reasonable,and the minimum angular deformation is 1.21 degree.
