摘  要:以丙烯酸类单体为主要原料,采用核-壳乳液聚合法并在反应的后期加入γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)作为改性剂,合成了表面具有硅羟基的聚合物模板乳液。随后通过正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)或硅溶胶来引入二氧化硅,得到聚合物/SiO_2复合乳液。考察了SiO_2加入量、KH-570加入量和SiO_2来源对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,得出KH-570加入量为1.0 g,SiO_2添加量(固含量)与模板乳液中粒子质量之比为1∶40,且SiO_2来源于TEOS时,所得乳液的稳定性及其涂膜的硬度、透光率等性能都最好。A polymer emulsion with silanol groups at the surfaces of its particles was prepared by core shell polymerization from acrylic monomers with 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate(KH-570)added at the later stage of the reaction as a modifier,and then used as a template to synthesize a polymer/SiO2 composite emulsion by introduction of SiO2 derived from tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)or colloidal silica suspension.The effects of the dosages of SiO2 and KH-570 as well as the silicate sources on properties of the emulsion and its film were studied.The emulsion obtained with TEOS as SiO2 source and KH-570 1.0 g at a ratio of 1:40 for solid SiO2 content to the mass of particles in the template emulsion was the most stable,and its film had the highest hardness and the best transmittance.
