摘  要:为研究多腔体方钢管混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能,以腔体数量,内外壁壁厚比为参数,对9个多腔体方钢管混凝土短柱进行试验研究。结果表明:普通方钢管混凝土试件在达到承载力之前即发生鼓曲,达到承载力后鼓曲迅速增大导致焊缝开裂试件破坏,钢管混凝土的有效约束未能充分利用。内部设置腔板后的钢管混凝土试件变形性能得到明显改善,且腔板数量越多变形性能越好。内部腔板的拉结作用,使管壁的大鼓曲变为局部的微小半波鼓曲,试件在达到承载力后未迅速破坏,后期延性良好,材料得到充分利用。内外壁厚比对试件的约束作用有明显影响,内外壁厚比在1.5的试件较1和2.5的试件约束效果好,既能满足外部钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用,又能发挥内部腔板对外部钢管的拉结作用,从而使钢管混凝土的优势得到充分利用。In order to research the mechanical properties of multi cavity square concrete-filled steel tubular short columns under axial compression,9 multi cavity square concrete-filled steel tubular short columns with different the number of the cavity and the ratio of inner and outer wall thickness were tested.The study show that the walls are curved before reaching the bearing capacity for the ordinary square concrete-filled steel tubes,the curves amplify quickly when reach the load bearing capacity,the weld crack and then the specimen destruction.The effective constraints of concrete filled steel tube is not full used of.But,the properties of deformation have been improved obviously in this specimens which have the cavity plate inside,and the more cavity plate numbers,the better the performance of deformation.The big curves turn to the tiny semiwave curves under the function of rachel with cavity plate inside.The specimen will not destruction quickly when reach bearing capacity and the ductility of late is good.The material can be fully utilized.Inside and outside wall thickness ratio has obviously influence on the effect of constraint.The effect of constraint which specimen's ratio is 1.5 are better than that the ratio is 2.5 and 1.Not only can satisfy the effect of constraint between the external steel tube and the core concrete,but also make the best use of the effect of rachel between the cavity plate inside and the external steel tube.Therefore,the advantages of the steel tube concrete can be fully used of.
