摘  要:为了研究对于污泥和秸秆这两种废物的资源化利用,采用化学活化—高温焙烧的方式以污泥和秸秆为原料制备一种新型的价格低廉的吸附材料,并且使这种吸附材料对染料废水有脱色功能。通过对吸附剂颗粒进行热重分析,机械强度测定以及电镜分析筛选出最佳的制备条件,然后对亚甲基蓝染液进行吸附性能研究。实验结果表明,当活化剂采用KOH,焙烧温度为850℃、焙烧时间为1h、秸秆与污泥原料比为1∶4为最佳制备条件。当亚甲基蓝染液浓度为20mg/L、吸附时间在5h左右时所制备的吸附剂对亚甲基蓝染液的脱色率最高,其最高脱色率达到80%以上。解吸实验表明,该颗粒吸附剂在0.05mol/L的HCl溶液中解吸4h时解吸率可高达78.6%。In order to achieve the purpose of sludge and straw resource utilization, a new type of low cost adsorbent was prepared by high temperature sintering with sludge and straw as raw materials, and it could adsorb dye wastewater. The best preparation conditions were screened by thermogravimetric analysis, mechanical strength measurement and electron microscopy analysis. Then, the adsorption performance of methylene blue dye was studied.Experimental results show that when using the activator KOH, carbonized at 850℃, carbonization time was 1 h, straw sludge feed ratio of 1∶ 4 to optimal conditions. When the concentration of methylene blue solution is 20 mg/L and the adsorption time is about 5 hours, the decolorization rate of methylene blue dye is the highest, and the highest decolorization rate is more than 80%. Desorption experiments showed that the desorption rate of the granule adsorbent in the 0.05 mol/L HCl solution was as high as 78.6%.
