摘 要:目的:探索瑜伽锻炼改善不良情绪状态的大脑皮层下神经响应机制,为东方个体远离消极情绪干扰提供参考。方法:运用fMRI技术,对28名健康女性个体执行不同情绪任务时的情绪感受水平和大脑皮层下神经功能响应水平进行检测。结果:健康女性个体在自然观看厌恶情绪时的情绪感受水平升高(P<0.01),杏仁核、丘脑的信号响应水平升高(FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05),在控制厌恶情绪表达时的情绪感受水平没有下降,丘脑和扣带回的信号响应水平升高(FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05);与普通健康女性相比,女性瑜伽锻炼者在自然观看厌恶情绪和控制厌恶情绪表达时的情绪感受水平降低(P<0.01;P<0.01),杏仁核、丘脑、中部扣带回的信号响应水平降低(FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05);女性瑜伽锻炼者在自然观看厌恶情绪和控制厌恶情绪表达时存在丘脑(P<0.05;P<0.05)和杏仁核(P<0.05;P<0.01)之间的神经交互作用。结论:厌恶情绪会唤起健康女性产生强烈的厌恶情绪感受,提高杏仁核和丘脑中的神经响应水平;表达抑制不能降低健康女性感受到的厌恶情绪,但会提高丘脑和中部扣带回的神经响应水平,不是一种有效的情绪调节策略;瑜伽锻炼能够改善健康女性感受到的厌恶情绪状态,降低杏仁核和丘脑对厌恶情绪的神经响应水平;瑜伽锻炼可能触发健康女性大脑皮层下的杏仁核→丘脑→杏仁核之间的神经反馈机制,降低厌恶情绪感受水平,是一种有效的情绪调节措施。Objective:To explore the mechanism of subcortical nerve response of yoga exercise to improve bad emotional state,and to provide reference for oriental individuals to avoid negative emotional interference.Methods:fMRI was used to measure the emotional perception level and the response level of subcortical nerve function of 28 healthy female individuals in different emotional tasks.Results:The level of emotional perception of healthy women increased when they watched the disgust naturally ( P <0.01),and the signal response level of amygdala and thalamus increased (FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05).The level of emotional perception did not decrease when controlling the expression of disgust,while the signal response level of thalamus and CC increased (FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05).Compared with normal healthy women,female Yoga practitioners had lower emotional perception level when they naturally watched and controlled the expression of disgust ( P <0.01;P <0.01),lower signal response levels in amygdala,thalamus and MCC(FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05;FWE≤0.05).Female yoga practitioners had neurological interaction between thalamus ( P <0.05;P <0.05) and amygdala ( P <0.05;P <0.01) when watching and controlling the expression of disgust naturally.Conclusions:Disgust arouses strong aversion in healthy women,and improves neurological response in the amygdala and thalamus;Inhibition of expression cannot reduce the disgust feeling of healthy women,but can improve the neurological response level of thalamus and MCC,which is not an effective emotion regulation strategy;Yoga exercise can improve the state of disgust felt by healthy women,and reduce the neurological response of amygdala and thalamus to disgust;Yoga exercise may trigger the nerve feedback mechanism between the amygdala,thalamus,and amygdala under the cerebral cortex of healthy women,and reduce the level of disgust feeling.It is an effective emotion regulation measure.
