摘  要:目的探讨完全睡眠剥夺对注意定向网络功能连接的影响。方法 33名健康受试者参与36 h完全睡眠剥夺试验,分别在睡眠剥夺前后接受注意网络测试(attention network test, ANT)及静息态脑电图记录。以孤立有效相关(isolated effectivecoherence,iCoh)分析方法进行有效功能连接分析。结果与睡眠剥夺前比较,睡眠剥夺后个体的注意定向效应显著降低(t=2.7,P=0.017)。iCoh分析结果显示,在alpha和beta频率段的注意定向网络中多个脑区之间出现功能连接下降,包括双侧丘脑、双侧侧前扣带回,右侧后扣带回、双侧顶下小叶皮质等。其中顶下小叶与丘脑之间的有效连接同注意定向效应测定值呈显著负相关。结论睡眠剥夺损害了个体的注意定向功能,这可能与损害大脑注意定向网络,尤其是顶叶同丘脑的信息交互密切相关。Objective To investigate the effect of total sleep deprivation on function connections of attentional orienting networks.Methods Thirty-three healthy subjects performed an attention network test(ANT)and resting-EEG recordings on two days separated by 36 hours of total sleep deprivation.Effective functional connection analysis was performed using the isolated effective coherence(iCoh)method.Results After sleep deprivation,the attentional orienting effect of individuals was significantly lower(t=2.7,P=0.017).The iCoh analysis showed a decrease in functional connectivity between multiple brain regions in the attention-oriented network of the alpha and beta frequency bands,including the bilateral thalamus,bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus,right posterior cingulate gyrus,and bilateral inferior parietal lobule.The effective connection between the inferior parietal lobule and the thalamus was significantly negatively correlated with the value of the orienting effect.Conclusion Sleep deprivation can impaire an individual's attentional orienting function,which may be closely related to the damaged brain's orienting network,especially the information interaction between the parietal lobe and thalamus.
