摘　　要：文章在访问网站、数据库及文献调查的基础上,全面系统地梳理了国内外主要信息机构OA资源的构成、整合以及发展模式。提议高校图书馆OA资源建设应遵循"从开放资源建设逐步过渡至开放服务"的建设理念,提出高校图书馆开放获取资源建设的框架布局和工作要点,全面提升高校图书馆OA资源的整合揭示能力。Based on the literatures investigation,website and databases research,the OA resources consists,integration and development patterns of domestic and foreign information organizations were studied systematically in this paper.It was advised that a university library should abide by the constriction idea“from opening resources to opening service step by step”,and the frame and work focus on open access of the academic resources construction in university library,in order to improve the integration capacity for opening access resources of library.
