摘 要:为验证采用钢丝绳组拉力测试法检测电梯平衡系数的可行性,首先,搭建模拟电梯现场曳引钢丝绳组的试验平台,对钢丝绳组拉力测试装置的测试精度进行试验分析;然后,用钢丝绳组拉力测试法与传统的载荷-电流曲线法对多台不同型号参数的在用电梯进行测试比对试验;最后,采用简易测试装置检测钢丝绳组拉力测试装置在工作时对钢丝绳组所施加的径向夹持力大小。试验结果表明:钢丝绳组拉力测试装置测试精度可高达2‰;电梯平衡系数的测试结果与载荷-电流曲线法偏差小于1%;在测试过程中不会对钢丝绳组造成损伤,具有实际操作的可行性。In order to verify the feasibility of using the wire rope group tensile test method to detect the elevator balance coefficient, this paper first builds a test platform for simulating the on-site traction wire rope set, and tests the test accuracy of the wire rope test device;then uses the wire rope tension test method. Compared with the traditional load-current method, the test is compared with the elevators of different types of parameters. Finally, the simple test device is used to detect the radial clamping force applied to the wire rope set during the working of the wire rope tension test device. The test results show that the test accuracy of the wire rope group tensile test device for testing the tensile force of the wire rope group can be as high as 2‰, and the test result for testing the balance coefficient of the elevator is less than 1% deviation from the load current method, and the wire rope is not in the test process. The group causes damage and has practical feasibility.
