摘 要:针对原铜管铸坯水平连续铸造牵引系统设计的局限性,研究分析系统相关指定,运用控制组合选用进行扩容优化,依据水平连续铸造结晶过程重新设计了牵引程序。新牵引程序由4个扩展到10个,功能完善,可以实现十个程序互相切换,大幅提升了牵引速度,提高了模具的使用寿命,降低了生产成本,提高了铸坯的质量。In view of the limitations of the design of the original horizontal continuous casting traction system for copper tube billets, the relevant designation of the system was studied and analyzed, expansion optimization was carried out by using control combination selection, and the traction program was redesigned according to the crystallization process of horizontal continuous casting. The new traction program is expanded from four to ten, with perfect functions, which can realize the mutual switching of the ten programs, greatly improve the traction speed, prolong the service life of the mold, reduce the production cost and improves the quality of the casting blank.
