摘  要:江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂硫酸四系列二氧化硫风机于2011年投运,设备在使用中存在两个问题:一是主电机直接启动对系统的冲击;二是采用前导叶风量调节方式所带来的能耗问题。此次改造设计采用中压变频系统驱动风机主电机,以变频调速为主,前导叶配合为辅的方式来控制风机风量,在避免启动冲击的同时,减小运行能耗,达到节能降耗的目的。The four series SO2 blower adopting Siemens KKK brand in Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation was put into operation in 2011, which was found in equipment operation with two problems: one is the impact on the system caused by direct start of main motor. The second is the energy consumption of the guide blade regulation. The modification design of this retrofit adopts medium voltage frequency conversion system to drive the main motor of the wind turbine, which is mainly based on the variable frequency speed regulation and the cooperation of the front guide vane to control the air volume of the fan. While avoiding the impact of start-up, the energy consumption of operation is reduced, and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption is achieved.
