摘  要:为了提高高速公路施工现场波形梁护栏的卸车效率和波形板表面质量,研究设计了公路波形梁护栏随车卸板机,采用链传动的方式将波形板护栏从货车车厢卸到地面,考虑施工中的卸车间距要求及载荷情况,对链传送机构中的滚子链和链轮基本参数进行了计算、设计和选型,试验结果表明卸车间距误差在2%以内,效果良好。In order to improve the unloading efficiency and corrugated board surface quality of the wave girder guardrail for expressway construction site,research and design of highway wave girder guardrail board unloader with vehicle,using methed of chain transmission to unload the wave girder guardrail from the truck compartment to the ground,concider the unloading distance requirements and load situation during construction,calculate,design and selection of the basic parameters of the roller chain and sprocket in the chain transfer mechanism,the test results showed that the unloading distance error is within 2%,the effect is well.
