摘　　要：文章通过研究自动变速器耐久过程系统压力衰减故障,分析影响系统压力的主要因素,并通过对故障原因进行交叉试验进行锁定。根据驱动系耐久系统压力衰减故障发生的机理制定零件设计及尺寸管控优化措施。In this paper,by studying the pressure reduction in durable process of automatic transmission system fault,analyse the main factors influencing the system pressure,and the reasons for faults was carried out through the confirma-tion experiment.According to the failure mechanism of pressure reduction failure of durable process of automatic transmis-sion system fault to optimize the component design and size control.
