摘　　要：针对国内商用车不同工况条件及载重现状,提出在恶劣工况条件下变速箱常见的与润滑有关的故障模式,通过理化分析、台架试验及行车路试等方式,论述了润滑油质量对重载变速箱寿命的影响,提出了在该工况条件下润滑油的选择及建议的换油周期。According to the working conditions and load status of commercial vehicles,the common lubrication-related failure modes of gearbox under severe working conditions are proposed.Though the chemical analysis,bench test and road test,we obtain the effect of quality of lubricating oil on the life of heavy-duty transmission and the selection of lubricants and the recommended oil change intervals under these conditions are proposed.
