摘  要:铝合金拨叉在变速器里应用广泛,因为其具有较低的原材料及机加成本,同时具有较高的强度。因为其刚度比不上钢拨叉,在实际应用中会出现拨叉断裂的情况,会导致变速器挂不上挡,或者换挡行程不足引起脱挡故障。文章从零件的材料牌号、毛坯状态、铸造方法等方面进行研究优化,通过更改相关工艺制造样件。并针对样件进行耐久试验,考核优化后的拨叉强度。Aluminum alloy fork is widely used in transmission,because it has lower raw material and machining cost,and higher strength.Because the stiffness of the fork is not as good as that of the steel fork,the fork will break in practical application,which will cause the transmission to be out of gear,or the shift stroke is insufficient to cause the breakdown.Herein,the material grade,blank state and casting method of the parts are studied and optimized,and the samples are manufactured by changing the relevant process.The durability test is carried out for the sample,and the optimized fork strength is checked.
