摘　　要：发动机是一种是将热能转化为机械能的一种装置,它是汽车的核心部件。在发动机内部设计着高速旋转的曲柄连杆机构,轴瓦也是此机构中不可缺少的零件之一,轴瓦分为连杆瓦和主轴瓦,它的应用能够满足发动机的可靠性,运转平稳性,维修方便,成本低廉,它是决定发动机是否能够长期可靠运转的关键零件。失效分析是零部件的难点问题,文章主要讲述了常见故障引起的轴瓦失效模式和安装错误引起的轴瓦的失效模式,分别通过出现的现象,进行具体原因分析。这是经验的总结和知识的积累,希望对今后设计有指导作用。The engine is a device that converts thermal energy into mechanical energy.It is the core part of a car.Crank connecting rod system with high-speed rotation is designed in the engine.The bearing bush includes a connecting bearing and a main shaft bearing.,Its application can meet the reliability of the engine,running stability,convenient maintenance,low cost,it is the key part to determine whether the engine can be reliable for a long time.Failure analysis is a difficult problem of parts,This paper mainly introduces the failure mode of bearing bush caused by common faults and the failure mode of bearing bush caused by installation errors,Through the phenomenon that appears respectively,undertake specific reason analysis.This is a summary of experience and knowledge of the accumulation of future design guidance.
