摘 要:针对工程实例中的平面膜结构,基于改进的时间硬化模型,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件及本文推导的相关方程研究了膜结构预张力和变形的蠕变效应,并通过蠕变试验对有限元分析有效性进行验证。结果表明,膜结构预张力及挠度在膜材蠕变过程中的变化符合材料蠕变典型特征,膜结构预张力的有限元模拟值与其理论计算值差别不大。通过试验结果与有限元分析结果的对比,证明了有限元模拟具有一定的可行性和准确性。Aimed at planar membrane structure in engineering practice, the creep effect of pretension and deformation of membrane was investigated by ANSYS software and correlation equations deduced in this paper based on MTHM, and the validity of finite element analysis method was verified by creep test. The results show that variation of pretension and deflection of membrane during the process of creep is in good agreement with the typical features of material creep. The calculative values of membrane pretension accord well with data of the simulation. Comparison between test and simulation results indicates that finite element simulation is feasible and exact.
