摘 要:为确定常村煤矿S5-13工作面合理的放煤方式,提高煤层的冒放性和采出率。在明确S5-13工作面煤层及地质情况的基础上,分析了顶煤节理裂隙、顶板、煤层厚度和硬度、开采深度、煤层夹矸等因素对顶煤冒放性的影响,选取各影响因素对顶煤冒放性的隶属度值,通过计算确定了顶煤冒放性和适宜的开采方式;综合分析后,确定了合理的放顶煤方式及工序。论证表明,S5-13工作面放煤的适宜方式为多轮顺序放煤,可有效减少煤中混矸,在一定程度上提高了顶煤的回收率。在提高煤炭采出率的同时,有效预防了顶板事故的发生。In order to determine the reasonable caving method of the S5-13 working face in Changcun Coal Mine and improve coal caving property and recovery rate,based on the mining and geological conditions of S5-13 working face,the factors influencing top coal caving property was analyzed. By calculating the membership degree of each influencing factor to top coal caving property,the suitable mining method,coal caving method and working procedure were determined. The demonstration shows that the suitable coal caving method of S5-13 working face is multi-round sequential caving,which can not only effectively reduce gangue mixing in coal,improve the recovery rate of top coal,but also effectively prevent roof accidents.
