摘　　要：为更好发挥新市民在城乡一体化进程中的粘合与催化促进作用,需要澄清六对理论问题。它们是:城乡一体化中的"同等"与"等同"、"同化"与"化同",新市民粘合催化作用中的"同情"与"情同"、"同共"与"共同"、"现在"与"潜在"、"自动"与"触动"问题。Six pairs of theoretical questions need to be clarified in order to make better use of the adhesion and catalytic promotion of new citizens in the process of urban and rural integration.They are: "equivalent"and"alike","assimilation"and"homogenization"in the integration of urban and rural areas.The problems of"sympathy"and" empathy", " common" and"same","present"and"potential","automatic"and"touch"in the adhesion of new citizens.
