医护一体化护理模式在腓骨截骨术患者护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式在腓骨截骨术患者护理中的应用价值,为进一步提升护理质量提供参考。方法:选取2014年6月-2016年6月本院收治的择期行腓骨截骨手术的患者60例。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理方式,观察组给予医护一体化护理模式。比较两组术后疼痛情况(VAS评分)、健康教育知晓情况、诊护依从性、护理满意度。结果:观察组术后12、24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组诊护依从性、健康教育知晓情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为100%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论:采用医护一体化护理模式可有效缓解腓骨截骨术后患者的疼痛,提升健康教育知晓率及诊护依从性,提高护理满意度,值得临床借鉴参考。Objective:To explore the application value of medical and nursing integration model in the nursing of patients undergoing fibular osteotomy,and to provide reference for further improving the quality of nursing.Method:A total of 60 patients with fibular osteotomy from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,while observation group was given medical and nursing integration model.The postoperative pain(VAS score),awareness of health education,compliance and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:The VAS scores of observation group at 12,24 and 48 hours after operation were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The compliance and health education awareness of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 100%,which was higher than 70.00% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integration model can effectively relieve the pain of patients after fibular osteotomy,improve the awareness of health education and the compliance of diagnosis and nursing,and improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical reference.
