胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中行针灸联合常规训练的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复中行针灸联合常规训练的应用效果。方法:选取本院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上增加针灸治疗。比较两组手术前后的膝关节HSS评分、恢复优良率、3个月内骨折愈合及并发症情况。结果:康复治疗3个月后,试验组HSS各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组3个月内骨折愈合率、恢复优良率均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床使用针灸联合常规训练对胫骨平台骨折患者进行术后康复,可降低并发症发生率、缩短骨折愈合时间、促进恢复,值得推广应用。Objective:To study the application effect of acupuncture combined with routine training in postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while experimental group received additional acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group.The HSS score before and after operation,rate of excellent and good recovery,fracture healing within 3 months and complications between two groups were compared.Result:After 3 months of rehabilitation treatment,the HSS scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The rate of excellent and good recovery and fracture healing within 3 months in experimental group were higher than those of control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical use of acupuncture combined with routine training for rehabilitation of patients with tibial plateau fracture can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten fracture healing time,and promote recovery,which is worthy of promotion and application.
