摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科在软性输尿管镜手术患者围手术期管理中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2016年9月-2017年12月在本院进行软性输尿管镜手术的368例患者的临床资料进行分析,按照手术时间先后分为对照组和观察组,每组184例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在围手术期采用快速康复外科理念。比较两组术后住院时间、导尿管留置时间、住院费用,护理满意度以及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组住院时间、导尿管留置时间、住院费用均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(91.85%)明显高于对照组(83.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科在软性输尿管镜手术患者围手术期管理中的应用价值显著,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application value of fast track surgery in perioperative management of patients undergoing soft ureteroscopy.Method:The clinical data of 368 patients underwent soft ureteroscopy in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed.According to the operation time,they were divided into control group and observation group,184 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was adopted the concept of fast track surgery management in the perioperative period.The postoperative hospitalization time,catheter retention time,hospitalization costs,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time,catheter retention time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(91.85%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.70%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of fast track surgery in perioperative management of patients with soft ureteroscopy is significant and worth of promoting.
