两种持物钳筒在不同级别洁净手术室内的临床应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:比较两种持物钳筒在百级和万级手术室内的临床应用及无菌效果评价。方法:选择2017年11月-2018年4月本院择期手术患者140例(手术时长均大于4 h),百级手术室内60例,按手术时间先后顺序分为观察组A和对照组A,每组30例;万级手术室内80例,按手术时间先后顺序分为观察组B和对照组B,每组40例。对照组A、B均使用南京华瑞医疗器械有限公司生产的中号持物钳筒,观察组A、B均使用本院自行研制的医用无菌持物钳筒[专利证书:国家实用新型专利证书(ZL201020207797.X)],观察比较两种持物钳筒在不同使用频次下及不同时间段的细菌监测效果。结果:观察组A的医用无菌持物钳筒在不同使用频次及不同时间段保持无菌状态的有效时限长于对照组A,观察组B的医用无菌持物钳筒在不同使用频次及不同时间段保持无菌状态的有效时限长于对照组B,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自主研制的医用无菌持物钳筒在不同级别洁净手术室内,在不同使用频次及不同时间段保持无菌状态时间均长于南京华瑞中号持物钳筒,可减少更换频率,降低手术室及消毒供应中心的工作量,提高工作效率,可在临床推广应用。Objective:To compare and evaluate the clinical application and effect of sterility of two kinds holding forcep canister in a class 100 and a class 10 000 clean operating room.Method:140 cases of elective surgery in our hospital from November 2017 to April 2018(operation time was longer than 4 hours),60 cases in a class 100 clean operating room,they were randomly divided into observation group A and control group A by surgery chronological order,30 cases in each group.80 cases in a class 10 000 clean operating room,they were randomly divided into observation group B and control group B by surgery chronological order,40 cases in each group.Control group A and B were used medium holding forcep canister produced by Nanjing Huarui Medical Instrument Co.,Ltd.,observation group A and B were used self-developed medical sterile holding forcep canister. The effect of bacterial monitoring of two kinds holding forcep canister at different frequency of use and at different time periods were compared.Result:The effective time limit of maintaining sterile conditions observation group A were longer than those of control group A,and the effective time limit of maintaining sterile conditions observation group B were longer than those of control group B,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In different levels of clean operating room,the effective time limit of self-developed medical sterile holding forcep canister maintaining sterile conditions was longer than those medium holding forcep canister produced by Nanjing Huarui at different frequency of use and at different time periods.The self-developed medical sterile holding forcep canister can reduce the number of replacement and the workload of operating room and disinfection supply center, improve work efficiency,which can be popularized in clinical application.
