构建新时代高职教育“产教融合共同体系统”的探索与实践

摘　　要：为适应新时代发展要求,培养所需的高素质技术技能人才,产教融合、校企合作至为关键,高职院校在这方面应提升认识,找准定位,瞄准目标,创新突破,有所作为。本文以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院开展产教融合、校企合作的实践为例,着重研究高职院校如何通过“优结构、精治理、显特色、强合作、提能力”,积极探索构建系统化、可持续发展的产教融合共同体。In order to meet the development requirements of the new era and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel, the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation are the key points. Higher vocational colleges should enhance their understanding, locate their position, aim at their goals, make innovations and breakthroughs, and make achievements in this regard. Taking the practice of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology as an example, this paper focuses on how to construct a systematic and sustainable integration community of industry and education through "excellent structure, excellent management, distinctive features, strong cooperation and ability enhancement".
