摘 要:为了快速响应市场,同时保持品牌风格的延续性,并在产品造型风格连续性和创新性之间取得平衡,提出了一种基于形状文法和交互式遗传算法的产品形态推演模型:针对品牌现有产品制定形状文法,将形状文法参数化并进行编码从而引入交互式遗传算法中,在算法中进行形状文法修改性规则的应用,生成不同形状方案并反馈至人工交互界面;在算法中以适应度函数对产品进行功能性约束,在人工交互界面通过人工评价对产品形状直接进行打分,不断进行迭代,最终在获得满意解时停止运算并将参数输出。最后以德玛吉品牌卧式数控车床为例对产品形态推演模型进行了验证。In order to respond to the market quickly and maintain the continuity of brand style, it is necessary to balance the stylistic consistency and innovation of the products. This paper presents a product form deduction model based on parametric shape grammars integrated interactive genetic algorithm, develops the shape grammars based on the existing products of the brand, and encodes all parameters of shapes to be individuals of the genetic algorithm. It uses the genetic algorithm to generate the innovation product form and feedback to the interactive interface. The multi-objective function is created to meet the design requirements and the fitness values are assigned by designer to assess the generated product shape forms. Designer could stop the evolution process of the interactive genetic algorithm and output the parameters once get a satisfied solution. Using a DMG CNC lathe grammar as a case study, the product form deduction model is described and demonstrated.
